How long will my order take to arrive?

It takes 2–7 business days to create apparel products and 2–5 business days for non-apparel products.

How is my order being delivered?

All orders have an average shipping time of 4 business days depending on the order's destination. Every order sent has a logged proof of postage.

Where’s my order?

If there is a problem with your order or it hasn’t shown up within the expected time allocation, please email us with any queries and I will happily get back to you. This is a small, independently-run business, so please be patient. We will always do our best to ensure your order arrives safely and within good time.

I want something but it’s out of stock

Most of the items are frequently restocked, so please bear with us whilst we are also waiting for new stock to arrive. If you require something in particular, then a little email is welcome.

Can I return a product or get a refund or exchange?

We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges as we are a very small, independently-run shop. Please note that all of our products are very clearly described on the site and are all as they are shown in our images. Please be careful to read each product description and please refer to the size guide (above) for our apparel products before purchasing. If there is a problem with your order or it appears to be damaged in any way, please do not hesitate to contact us via email and we will sort it all out for you.
